“ Do you have ANY idea how hard it is to find actual mantecado ice cream is like? well, here you can find it. not vanilla, actual mantecado. Other than that, this place has lots of flavors and many kinds of combinations with pie or cookies or bananas or flan, or... I don't know. You get the idea. I'll just say: go, order, try, repeat, I liked it a lot. I had taken pictures, but for some reason they are not in my cell phone now, so, just trust me. The service is nice, very family-style. The store is not that big, and not at all fancy, but it is actually the perfect atmosphere they're trying to create. Coppelia is a famous ice cream place in Cuba and the Miami Coppelia sort of recreates the Cuban Ice Cream experience. Just one thing: The parking of the "strip mall" is very uncomfortable, with the tight spaces and all, but at least there's one. ”

“ This is a cute little ice cream shop that gets quite a bit of business. Came in and it was pretty empty and within a matter of minutes it filled up. I got the Copa Lolita which comes with two scoops of ice cream and a flan. My ice cream flavors were dulce de leche and chocolate fudge brownie. The employees were quick to serve and very nice as well. You have the choice of the typical ice cream toppings: whipped cream, cherries, sprinkles, etc. They have a variety of different flavors which makes it hard to decide what you want but they all looked extremely delicious. ”

Something local with a no hastle drive very far from home. So thankful I found this spot because I'll definitely go again. I ordered a scoop of vanilla for my kid and when they told me $1.50 and check out I had to order something else because of my surprise. I ordered a scoop of dulce de leche and both were incredible. However they have a huge menu to choose from done up many ways. Shakes, Banana splits, you can choose toppings, served with cake, served with flan. So many to try. Scary for the diet, but looking forward to indulging when it's ice cream break for the baby. I actually want to put this place in the same category of must see and experience places to go in miami along side Versalles for tourists or locals looking for that old school feel that's hard to find nowadays. Parking is limited because it's located in a tiny shopping strip and don't expect a fancy place... it's just a parlor with old school swivel chair seating and simple ice cream serving cups & aluminum plates. So cool. Seating is limited. There is inside and outside seating. It seemed that ppl love this place as I experienced a large crowd come in right after I made my short line. Luckily I got there right on time before the rush. It must have been around 7 pm on a Sunday They are open til 11 pm everyday making it so convenient for a late night craving It's located in the middle of nowhere else to really go to. It's a destination place just to satisfy your ice cream craving. Nothing trendy just in a busy street in a miami neighborhood. ”
